These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StoryTrackr (the "Service"), provided by StoryTrackr ("we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization.
StoryTrackr is a cloud-based tool for youth ministry teams to track student interactions, goals, and relationships. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@storytrackr.app.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You are responsible for all student data you enter into the Service. By using the Service to store data about minors, you represent that your organization has appropriate consent and authority to do so under applicable law. We process student data only on your behalf and at your direction.
You own your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over data you enter into the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations mid-period.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally interrupt the Service. Plus plan subscribers receive an uptime SLA as described in their plan terms.
You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms. We'll provide 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
